Young Adult Transitions Group: APC will be offering a Young Adult Transitions Group on Thursdays starting May 9, 7-8:30pm at our Palos Heights location. This will be a psycho-educational support group for 18-28 year-olds and will meet for five sessions. Cost is $20 per session. Session topics will include relational, career, and identity issues.
