Rod is a certified coach, Professional Trainer, and Nationally Certified Critical Incident and Crisis Management Specialist. He has worked in the human behavior field for over 20 years and has a proven success record with executives and professionals.

Rod brings his passion for individual growth and learning to the coaching alliance. He utilizes extensive experience in the behavioral field to propel advancement in the areas of corporate communication, emotional intelligence and leadership development.

Rod holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from WheatonCollege Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts and Associate of Arts from Taylor University. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and an Addiction Specialist.
